The Witches Circle Squared...but who are they?
Introducing the Witches in their own words...
Amalthea
"A Pagan for most of my life - although I didn't fully acknowledge myself as a witch until about 20 years ago, I now consider myself more of an earth-mother as that description fits well with my other interests such as crop circles, corn dollies, cooking and gardening. Having said that, I don't follow any one particular Path but rather my own heart and soul. I'm an energy healer with an interest in sound therapy - "expression is everything". I dowse, enjoy exploring the energies of ancient sacred sites and creating magickal spaces around my home. We live in a truly magickal world and as a teacher at heart, I would enjoy the opportunity to gently share my knowledge and experience with you."
Antara
" I am an eclectic witch and magickal practitioner of 11 years experience, drawing on readings and teaching as diverse as Scott Cunningham, Starhawk, Dion Fortune, Doreen Valiente, Phil Hine and dear old Aleister Crowley to create my own personal style of working. Sadly I am firmly in the broom closet now for the sake of my career but I find my magickal life is the one that keeps me most anchored, grounded and soulful. I get such a sense of joy when a ritual working just clicks and it gives me so much motivation to just keep on trying. I love reading, making my own clothes, writing, cooking and above all...eating. I have strong views and like to share them and I am a feminist - for which I do not apologise. "

Lillith
"I am interested in Middle Eastern magicks, Yazidi, Mandean, Islamic and post Islamic
systems, as well as the Judeo Christian roots of Western esotericism. I have been
closely involved with the Romany community and their traditions, in particular in
relation to horses. I make poppets, sacred dolls, usually in the form of horses which is
my way of honouring the goddess and spreading her healing energies.
I am increasingly aware that the distinction between my magickal self and my
mundane self is both false and destructive and that I need to syncretise them to obtain
my innate power. I am not afraid of the dark and embrace the feminine daemonic as
well as the divine."
